Quick help

Syncing across devices

Sign in with the same account on each device. Expenses created offline sync automatically once you are back online.

Inviting and ghost members

Add people with just their name as “ghost members”. When they sign up with their email, their past expenses are assigned automatically.

Currencies and splitting

Each expense can stay in its original currency; the app converts at the daily rate. Choose equal shares, percentage, exact amounts, “my treat” or “everyone their own”.

Receipt scanning

Take a photo of the receipt in the app and we extract the total automatically. If it fails, edit the amount manually and let us know so we can improve it.

Your account and data

Your data is stored encrypted on European servers under GDPR. You can export or delete your information whenever you want.

  1. Open the app and go to your Profile.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

  • Yes. You have one active list and up to 200 expenses per list totally free. If you need more, you can upgrade to Pro for USD 2.99/month (or USD 29.99/year with savings) for unlimited lists and expenses.
