How to get support

Email our support address. Tell us which application or service you use, what you need and —if it is an app— which device (Android or iOS). Attaching a screenshot helps us solve it faster.

Your account and data

Your data is stored encrypted under GDPR. You can export or delete your information whenever you want.

  1. In the app, open your Profile.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

You can also request account deletion or data export by emailing soporte@inteligenciacorporativa.com.

The application or service, a clear description of the problem and, if it is an app, your device and a screenshot.

How do I delete my account or data?

From the app under Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing our support address. We delete your data under GDPR.
